The G Factory concept was created in 2008 by dynamic duo Giuseppe Trivigno and Chris Zammit.

Chris is a pastry chef best known for his accomplishments as a chocolatier and ice-cream specialist. His impressive background includes the study of culinary arts and a decade of involvement in the hospitality industry and well-known hotel chains.

The G Factory has become a local popular spot operating as Creams Factory in home town Tonbridge, Kent, offering an array of artisan desserts, freshly produced on site daily to the highest levels of food hygiene, complemented by a variety of freshly brewed coffee flavours to accompany all kinds of weather.

With Creams Factory having managed the concept successfully over a number of years, The G Factory is now seeking to appoint Franchise Partners on a national level.

Silver medals in Malta for Pastillage and Decorated Celebration Cake for competitions as prestigious as Le Festival International de la Gastronomie a Malte

Bronze medals for different items of pastry internationally - the Petits Fours for the Grand Rapids International Culinary Classic in the USA

14 gold medals, obtained in Miniatures, Pastillage, Best Overall Display from 2008 to 2011, awarded by festivals and salons all over Europe

The best chocolate showpiece and best-tasting dessert awards for the UK Pastry Open 2015

Together with the UK Pastry team we ranked 8th in the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie 2017 and 5th in the Chocolate Showpiece category

Our love story with chocolate also won us 4th place in the Olympics Stuttgart 2020
